Fulfillment Policy

Service Delivery

Upon receiving payment, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your real estate media session. Standard turnaround times are as follows:

• Photography: 24–48 hours

• Cinematic Video Tours: 48–72 hours

• Branding Videos: 5–7 business days

Final deliverables are provided via a secure download link or hosted galleries.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Once services have been rendered and delivered, refunds are not available.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.

Revisions

We offer one complimentary round of revisions for each project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, depending on the scope of the changes requested.
